- Development of Management Incentive Plan. Following representation in the successful acquisition of an education software company specializing in the healthcare industry, assisted our client with establishing a capital and governance structure for the newly acquired company, as well as an employee incentive plan in connection with the hiring of new management team.
- Executive Employment Agreements in Connection with Transaction. In connection with representing our client in the sale of substantially all of its assets, negotiated employment agreements on behalf of an executive.
